Radnor High School senior Dave Bowen has received a full scholarship to Boston College, where he plans to study communications. Bowen, a 6-foot-7, 270 pound offensive tackle on the RHS football team, was named to the PFN/Coaches’ 2010 All-State AAA Football Team in December and played in the 54th annual Big 33 football game – Pa. vs. Ohio all-stars.
