Lost Dog Wayne/Radnor

PLEASE help us find our Dexter! Volunteers are still out looking for him and will be all through the night. If he is not found by early morning, we hope to have as much volunteer help as possible assist with handing out fliers and going door to door as well as driving the Wayne area. We will need a bigger team to cover more ground.

Many thanks to the incredible volunteers who came out tonight at a moment's notice to help us search for Dexter. We are so incredibly worried about Dexter. He is one of our own and we will not stop looking until we find him.

Dexter is a sweet boy but might not immediately come up to strangers. He loves treats and will want to play with smaller dogs. He will bark at larger dogs at first but will play with friendly larger dogs.

If you spot him please keep him safe and call us immediately at 610-272-2293. If in the Wayne, PA area, please take him to Radnor Vet at 107 Aberdeen Ave before noon on Saturday.

Dexter is microchipped and wearing an American Flag collar. THANK YOU!

Great news, posted on Main Line Animal Rescue's Facebook site this morning:
"From Finding Shelter: DEXTER IS SAFE! DEXTER IS SAFE! He was found this morning at 8am close to his neighborhood when a woman he originally encountered on Friday went out this morning to put out her trash. We believe that he was hiding in her garage. He was really hungry, but is in perfect shape and got a clean bill of health from the vet. Our Dexter is back. We are so relieved and incredibly grateful to everyone for helping us spread the word. THANK YOU!!!"

So pleased you were able to locate your missing dog. All the help from friends and neighbors must be very gratifying. Now that Dexter is back in your arms, I hope you work with the same diligence to remove the hundreds of paper and plastic notices posted.
