The Red Mango frozen yogurt craze has officially arrived in Pennsylvania with the opening of its very first location in Wayne at 150 East Lancaster, in May 2012. This location is one of over 180 new Red Mango® stores that have opened across the country, and demand for this popular, all-natural, delicious brand continues to grow.

Jaime and Matthew Whitcomb, owners of the Wayne, PA store, are big believers in the Red Mango brand and product and were determined to bring Red Mango to the residents and businesses of Wayne and the surrounding communities. The Red Mango concept, both as a business venture and as a healthy alternative was a perfect match for the Whitcombs to introduce to the area, citing Red Mango’s commitment to health, taste, and style.

The Whitcombs are excited to share the “love for the swirl” and will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, June 23, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

During the grand opening event, guests and customers will be treated to a free small yogurt with toppings, and the first 100 guests to arrive will receive a free Red Mango t-shirt. Additonally,  attendees who register for the Club Mango loyalty program, or are already members, will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win Red Mango gift cards.

The Red Mango Wayne team aims to create a strong community atmosphere and be as involved as possible. As part of their commitment, they are donating a portion of proceeds from the Grand Opening to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter’s “Light the Night” campaign. “Red Mango has found a home in Wayne after just a month in business,” says Jaime. “We have been welcomed with open arms-- and mouths--by the community and other business owners and organizations and we want to give back.”
