The items on Monday's Board of Commissioners' meeting include:
S.D. # 2011-D-10 (Preliminary/Final) KMO-361 Realty to construct a bank building over existing paved area at 550 E. Lancaster Ave., Radnor, Pa and enhance pedestrian accessibility, circulation and landscaping in various locations.
S.D. # 2011-SD-04 (Final) of Rite Aid of Pennsylvania, Inc. to consolidate two lots and construct a pharmacy with a drive-thru at 237 E. Lancaster Ave.
Introduction of Ordinance 2012-01 amending chapter 280 of the Radnor Township code, zoning, by adding definitions for Bed and Breakfast as a special exception use permitted within the Agricultural-Conservation District and The Wayne Business overlay district; and establishing Regulations for a Bed and Breakfast use permitted by special exception in Radnor Township.
Resolution #2012-07 - SD # 2011-D-09 (Preliminary) Approving the preliminary plans of C.F. Holloway, III & CO., to convert an existing apartment Building into 12 condominium units and to construct a new underground parking garage at 40 Louella Ct., Wayne, Pa.
Purchase and partially equip three (3) new 2013 Ford Police vehicles
A presentation from Villanova University scheduled for the meeting was cancelled.

@North Wayne....How do you feel about having a Police Force with no people of color? You also can make your comments about how you like having a Eurocentric Radnor Township Police Force in the year 2012. When the people of Radnor want to include people of color as Radnor Police, then I will come to meetings. We Black Adults and Childern that live in Radnor Township see nothing but BLATANT RACISM when we look at the make up of the Radnor Township Police.

David you comment on the same topics over and over about the same things. This mobius strip of ever-lasting hatred to the Radnor police is going nowhere fast. I understand completly how you feel. But I for one dont see many black cops anywhere, let alone a snobby rich white neighborhood. Speaking at one of these meetings could get your voice heard.

Community diversity is good. And, correct me if I'm wrong David, but there used to be more diversity within the township, until the more recent gentrification to a most homogenous and plain demographic. I remember great guys like Norman and Skip years ago, and today I couldn't fathom guys like that around. Again, a shame.

Can someone explain the Louella Mansion underground parking garage? Is it going to be 100% below street level, like 20 feet down or so, or is it going to be above ground with grass on top? (that would be under grass, not underground, to me) Is there an illustration on-line anywhere? Thank you.
