Getting Romney Elected Goal of New Republican Chair

Alan Brink has succeeded Mimi Auchincloss as chair of the Radnor Republican Party.

Radnor resident and former Radnor School Board member Alan Brink was elected chair of the Radnor Republican Party on June 7.

Getting Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney elected is the goal for the next five months, he said. President Barack Obama won Radnor in 2008, so “It’ll be very interesting what happens.”

“People are disillusioned,” he said. “He was pitching hope and change. Nothing good has happened.”
