Twenty seven pounds. That’s the amount of weight that Radnor Township Manager Bob Zienkowski has lost since embarking on a wellness and weight-loss quest last November.
He has also vowed to donate $10 to local charities for every pound that he loses until May 1.
In conjunction with his pledge, Wayne Art Center and Radnor Township are offering a series of health and wellness classes to encourage community members to also make a commitment to improve their health and fitness.
The final class, “Live Healthy for Life” will take place on Wednesday, April 11 from 5:30-7:00 pm in The Kitchen at Wayne Art Center.
The event is open to the public and free of charge.
Meet Zienkowski, get the skinny on his progress and learn how you can achieve his success.
Best of Philly nutritionist Emma Fogt, RD, MS will lead an interactive cooking class and lively discussion on how to finally get fit.
