Wayne resident and bow hunter Austin Hepburn is working to thin out Radnor Township’s deer herds.
Then he is using his winnings to work on his cooking skills, reports Main Line Media News.
“I am fascinated with cooking,” Hepburn told the newspaper. “I’m trying to become a better cook through sauce.”
"The venison bones were from deer he recently hunted in Radnor Township on private lands and butchered in his garage. He is part of a 15-member bow-hunting group culling deer in the township. So far 54 deer have been harvested by the volunteer bow hunters," Main Line Media News writes.
