The Radnor High School Varsity Boys soccer team — known as the Radnor Gents — had a handy win over opponent Garnett Valley Thursday afternoon at Enke turf field at RHS. The 3-0 shutout brings the team to 1-0-1 in the Central League, and 3-0-1 overall for the 2012 season.
Senior Adam Erkis (#5) said "It's always good getting our first central league win of the season, but we still have a long ways to go".
And according to Senior Captain Matthew Lundstrom, "We went into the game knowing we needed 3 points with the win amd we did just that. We made our mark on the central league as a team of warriors but this is just the beginning of many games to come."
