Restauranteur Could Owe Thousands For Felled Trees

Radnor manager promises to enforce a fine of $2,000 per tree cut down without permit.

A restaurant owner apparently cut down dozens of trees without a permit on the site of the former Villa Strafford restaurant that Bharat Luthra is redeveloping.

At last week's Shade Tree Commission, there were conflicting accounts of how many trees had been felled, but Radnor Township's manager Bob Zienkowski promised to enforce the township's fine, reports Main Line Media News.
