Despite not having power, Teresa's in Wayne will have full beer, wine and bar service along with a somewhat limited food menu starting late Friday afternoon.

Down the block, Christopher's restaurant has also been without power since Monday night.

"Thanks to everyone for their well wishes in person and via email and Facebook," said Molly Todd, co-owner of Christopher's.

"We don't want to bash PECP, they are super busy, but I think they need someone in charge, because different people keep coming out and telling us different things," Todd said. "The township has been very responsive."
