Truck Stuck Closes Conestoga Road Tuesday Morning
Conestoga Road is closed at Brookside Ave. and Parke's Run Lane after a truck gets stuck under a Radnor Trail overpass. The driver was flown to the hospital via PennSTAR.
A truck carrying food products became lodged under the Radnor Trail overpass at Brookside Avenue in Wayne on Tuesday morning.
The driver was flown to University of Pennsylvania Hospital via PennSTAR, said Radnor Fire Chief Michael Maguire.
The accident happened around 8:30 a.m. At 9 a.m. Maguire estimated that it would take about two hours to remove the truck and clean up the scene.
There was no fire from the accident, but there was a lot of smoke on the scene when police arrived. Issues that the responders are dealing with include electricity and freon on the truck.

There was one wedged at an angle beneath the R5 overpass on King of Prussia Road late yesterday morning.
