Day: Mon – Sat, 1 – 4 pm and Evening: Mon 6:30 – 9:30 pm
Color Mixing & Palette with Tom O’Brien
Emphasis will be on formal techniques of painting; advancing the classical realist tradition modeled after the 19th century French Atelier. Will teach students principles of painting which allow the artist to analyze nature and reproduce it with understanding and accuracy.

Peter Van Dyck Oil Painting from the Found Environment Workshop
This workshop will focus on making a well designed painting with pictorial drama in any given location by learning to identify the abstract dynamics of graphic space carved by light and color. Specific topics will be linear perspective, color of light and shape design. The instructor will demonstrate at the beginning of each session.

Spring Break School’s Out Day Camp
Let your creativity bloom this spring break week with our School’s Out Day Camp. Our instructors will lead your child on an artistic adventure through a variety of art mediums & activities that could include: drawing & painting, ceramics, printmaking, collage, drama and more! Programs available for students Kindergarten through 5th Grade with full day (9:00-3:30) or half day options (9:00-12:00 or 12:30-3:30). Please see our website for more information, www.wayneart.org

Summer Art Camp 2012 – “Rebels WithART a Cause”
Join us this summer as we explore the Artists whose innovative works and ideas fundamentally changed the course of art history. From DaVinci to Van Gogh, and Rembrandt to Picasso we will re-examine some of the most famous works of art and learn to see them in a new light! Classes available for students ages 3-15 in a variety of art mediums. Classes offered in 12 one-week sessions from June 4th – August 24th.
