A Grand Slam For Romney In November

The time is now for the American people to wake up and understand the economics of work. The United States needs jobs, jobs and more jobs.

Jobs create wealth for the avergae Joe and brings in more taxes resulting in lower budget deficits. We can no longer afford to borrow money from China to pay for the extravagance of President Obama and his democratic friends in Congress.

Enough is enough. Obama had four years to fix the economy and create jobs. He clearly failed and the fact that he reverts to the government for a solution, clearly shows his economic incompetency in the area of job creation.

A person must understand the economics of work before he or she can attempt to solve the problem of jobs. Mr. Obama, unlike Mr. Romney, who has has created millions of jobs in the private sector, has never worked in the private industry nor has created one job outside of the government and that is why he cannot even explain the concept of job creation.

We can no longer afford to be economically inept by continuing to listen to the rhetoric of Mr. Obama who has no clear explanation why we still have 23,000,000 unemployed Americans in this country.

Government has never created jobs in the past and will not create jobs in the future. Jobs and economic growth is created by people in the private sector. People motivated by the freedom this country has to offer not by the choking regulations that this president has imposed on the american people.

Government stifles economic growth, dampens innovation, prevents enterpreneurship, diminishes motivation and creates lazyness.

It is time for a new day in America, it is time for new leadership in this country, it is time for Romney to lead this country to prosperity once again.

If "government" doesn't create jobs...who pays contractors to build highways; cops to keep the peace; fighter pilots to protect our skies; surgeons to operate on my elderly mother; teachers to educate my children; dredging firms to keep our harbors competitive?

Who gives aid to foreign countries so that they can buy products made by American defense contractors who employ American workers and are owned by people like Mitt Romney -- and you and me (through, say, our pension funds)?

What regulation has "choked" you, John? Please tell us.

As for your dream of a place where government is off the backs of the people...that place exists. It's a place where government does not meddle in economic affairs and regulates nothing: it's called Somalia. Don't see a lot of economic growth, innovation, and entrepreneurship over there. Unless you count piracy.

Let's face it, John. We're all in this together. Do you claim a mortgage interest deduction? You're in it. Collect Social Security or have Medicare? You're in it. Drive a car that runs on what is in fact government-subsized gasoline? You're in it. Eat Fritos that are made with price-supported corn? You're in it.

I'm tired of hearing how the firefighters, teachers, Social Security recipients, the elderly sick, etc, are the cause of our country's problems. Where were you when two wars were being fought off the books and "the government" was giving tax breaks to the wealthiest? Stop blaming the little guy.

Chris, well said, well said. Our friend John seems to have a fractured memory as he looks at reality with blinders on as he talks up Etch-A-Sketch Mitt.

Didn't we pay into Social Security? If we didn't have an increasingly-inflated monetary currency, wouldn't we have a lot more money for our mortgage on a house that would cost a lot less? Or, could we afford to pay for countless wars if they were not paid for w the same inflated currency? Wonder if we would have alternatives to gasoline-driven cars if the government wasn't subsidizing it? And, do we all want to be eating GMO corn in our corn chips (unlabeled btw)? Is big business and big government part of the problem, or the solution to all our ills? However, one question is clear - the little guy and gal is not to blame.
