I recently had a client bury a St Joseph to help their home sell, did it work, yes, we got the home under contract shortly after she buried the figure and it went through to settlement.

Today I was reading a similar story on a Zillow blog but in addition it mentioned a relocation company using an exorcism to address the issue of the local agents and neighborhood feeling the house was haunted. I know we prayed at the home of one client who also had problems with noises in the house late at night and in the attic rooms, after we prayed and removed some paintings from the attic space no more noises.

Another method mentioned was buring Sage to clear rooms of bad energy. I actually was talking about this with a client yesterday how different homes have different feels, some the energy feels good, you want to be there, others no way, you want to get out as quickly as possible. So, I may try the Sage burning to change the energy flows in a home.
