Fresh Air Kids Arrive, School Board Meets in Radnor Tuesday

1. The Radnor Township Board of School Directors will hold its Curriculum Committee (3:30 p.m.) and Finance Committee (5 p.m.) meetings on Tuesday at the Ground Floor Conference Room in the Administration Building.

2. NYC Fresh Air Kids arrive for a fun visit to the Philadelphia suburbs on Tuesday. Volunteer host families share their summers for up to two weeks with Fresh Air children, ages six to 18.

3. Take part in Tuesday Night Soccer at Church of the Saviour in Wayne starting at 6:30 p.m. Meet in the field behind the church parking lot; all ability levels are welcome.

4. Storytime-on-the-Go continues during the summer with more preschool fun at the Radnor United Methodist Church, 930 Conestoga Road in Bryn Mawr on Tuesday at 1 p.m. Radnor Memorial Library children's librarians will be at the church to bring stories, songs, and a craft to children age 2-5 years.  A selection of library books will be available to borrow. Registration is not required.

5. Tuesday at 9 p.m. is the deadline to register for the 2013 Radnor Red Steeplechase Run, which takes place at Radnor Hunt in Malvern on August 18.
