Stormwater Funding, Ardrossan Meetings on Thursday

1. The League of Women Voters of Radnor is holding a public informational session on Radnor's proposed stormwater funding on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Radnor Township building.

2. If you are a mom of an infant or toddler, join Mom's Morning Out at Wayne Presbyterian Church. "This group is a wonderful way to meet other moms, share common experiences, participate in service to others, attend group discussions and enjoy activities with you child," according to the church's website. Click here for more information on M2O.

3. The Radnor Township Planning Commission will hold a Special Meeting on August 29 at 6 p.m. at 811 Newtown Road, Villanova, PA  19085 (Property is  at the southeast corner of the Intersection at Newtown and Darby-Paoli Roads; entrance is off Newtown Road).  The purpose of the meeting is to review the site with respect to a Conditional Use Application filed by the property owner.

4. The wheels on the bus are going round and round—straight to the Tredyffrin Library. All ages welcome for a back-to-school, school-bus tour. Preschoolers can enjoy the fun of being in a real school bus and those riding the bus for the first time this year can get ready for the experience. No tickets or reservation necessary. Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Tredyffrin Public Library, 582 Upper Gulph Road in Strafford.
