Ardrossan Neighbor 'Very Disappointed' in Proposed Development

Bundles of homes are not "in character" with the neighborhood and is not what the estate's deceased owners would have wanted.

Chester “Chet” Harrington, a neighbor of the Ardrossan Estate in the Villanova section of Radnor Township, believes that what Edgar “Eddie” Scott III plans for the remainder of the Ardrossan estate "is not at all what Hope Montgomery Scott and her son, Robert Montgomery Scott, would have wanted if they were alive."

That's what he told Main Line Media News.

Harrington told the newspaper that he believes what Scott plans for the remainder of the Ardrossan estate will not be in character with the neighborhood, which includes 10-acre residential parcels from previously-sold Ardrossan property.
