Christmas Tradition Continues on Browning Lane

The neighbors on Browning Lane and Meadowood Road have been doing this Christmas Eve display for 25 years.

For 25 years, the residents of Browning Lane and Meadowood Road in Rosemont have lined the streets with luminarias on Christmas Eve.  The luminarias, which are bags with sand and candles, are lit at dusk on Christmas Eve.

One of the highlights of the decorations on Browning Lane is the display by long-time residents Frank and Peggy Beston.  Their children hired someone to string lights on the evergreen tree in their front yard as a Christmas gift.  The decorated tree can be seen in the photo above.
