Get a Haircut, Support a Good Cause on Sunday

A Better Chance is a program that allows children from disadvantaged areas to attend a high school that may give them a better chance at success. The Radnor ABC house is on West Wayne Avenue in Wayne. The program has been in existence since 1972 in Radnor.

Here's how you can help Radnor ABC this weekend:

• Lauren Hair Style, 348 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA is hosting a fundraiser for Radnor A Better Chance, Inc., on Sunday, March 17, St. Patty's Day. There are no appointments needed. There will be 11 haircutters, plus shampooers, available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Refreshments will be served and raffle tickets sold for a leather handbag from Soulmate. Hair products will also be given away. In lieu of paying for a hair cut, donations to Radnor ABC will be taken.
