The National Weather Service issues a bone-chilling advisory for Southeastern Pennsylvania for Tuesday and Wednesday.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for Tuesday and Wednesday, warning that temperatures could feel like -15 degrees at the height of the forecasted arctic blast.

According the NWS the advisory will be in effect from 1 a.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday.

"This wind chill advisory means that the combination of very cold air and strong winds will create dangerously low wind chill values. Limit your time out of doors if possible," the weather service warns.
