Radnor A Better Chance identifies and recruits academically talented and motivated students of color from disadvantaged school districts and places them in outstanding public, independent, and private high schools across the United States.  Radnor ABC students live in a group home setting, attend Radnor High School, and are in an advanced college preparatory curriculum.

The Radnor High School Scholarship Fund is an all-volunteer organization founded in 1966 to provide financial aid to deserving Radnor High School graduates for post-high school education.  Funding comes from direct community donations, corporate contributions, and fund-raising activities.  Since its inception, the RHSSF has awarded over 800 scholarships to students demonstrating financial need, satisfactory academic achievement, and community involvement.
