Radnor BOC Adopts 2014 Budget
The budget does not call for an increase in real estate taxes but does increase the sewer fee and adds a stormwater fee.
The Radnor Township Board of Commissioners approved the $32 million 2014 budget and fee schedule, reports Main Line Media News.
The budget does not call for an increase in real estate taxes. The millage rate remains at 3.7511 mills. The budget includes a 2.8 percent increase in the sewer fee. It also adds a new stormwater fee that ranges from $29 to $116, depending on property size.
The average homeowner, based on an average home assessed at $315,390, will pay $1,183 in real estate taxes.
The commissioners also voted to re-introduce the zoning ordinance requested by BioMed for its proposed development on King of Prussia Road.
