Participating in the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Parade was U.S. Coast Guard Ceremonial Honor Guardsman Steven T. Ellis (1st row, second from left). Steve, originally a Garrett Hill resident, is a graduate of Radnor High School and Penn State University and is a member of the Bateman-Gallagher American Legion Post 668 in Wayne.
