The voting for that level runs from July 9 to 20, and will take place in the comments section of that article (which will be posted Monday).
On July 23, the five regional winners will be unveiled, and they will face off to become Greater Philadelphia's Patch’s Top Dog from July 23 to 27. The winner will be announced July 30.
