Sproul Road to Be Closed at Night for Repaving

The work originally was set to begin April 30, but was rescheduled by Aqua.

The following was provided to Patch by PennDOT:

Aqua Pennsylvania will close Route 320 (Sproul Road) weeknights between U.S. Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) and Deep Dene Road in Radnor Township, Delaware County, on Friday, May 9 through Wednesday, May 14 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., for paving, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced Monday.

This utility operation was originally scheduled to start on Wednesday (April 30), but has been rescheduled by Aqua Pennsylvania.

During this operation, Route 320 (Sproul Road) through traffic will be detoured over Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue), Radnor Chester Road and Conestoga Road. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.

The construction schedule is contingent on the weather.
Aqua Pennsylvania will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
