Veterans Day is a federal holiday that honors people who have served in armed service.
Along with most banks, the United States Postal Service will be closed in observance.
Radnor Township will remain open on Monday, so trash collection will not be impacted. Radnor public schools will also be open on Monday.
Radnor Library will remain open Monday.
Anthony Wayne Post 418 and Bateman Gallagher Post 668 will hold a brief public Veterans Day service on Monday, November 11, 2013 at 11 a.m. The location will be at the Radnor War Memorial on South Wayne Avenue.
