    FAQs

    • What time do the concert doors open for seating? The concert doors open for seating 45 minutes prior to the concert.
    • What if I can't print out my online tickets? If you are having trouble printing your online tickets, call the Concert Line - 610-688-6338 x359, leave your name and phone number, and please speak slowly.
    • What is the last date that I can mail in an order form? The last postmarked date for mail-in order forms is November 30th. After that date, please call the Concert Line to order your tickets; they will be held for you at the will-call table before your concert.
    • What if I don't include a self-addressed stamped envelope in my order?  We're sorry but we cannot mail out tickets for you if your self-addressed stamped envelope is not received.  Your tickets will be held for you at the will-call table unless a SASE is received.
    • How can I check what concert tickets are still available? You can call the Concert Line for current availability for each concert. If the online tickets for a concert have sold out, there may still be tickets available in our supply for mail-in and phone orders. Because tickets go quickly, please check if tickets for your concert date are still available before mailing in an order form or calling to order tickets.
    • What if I'm put on the waiting list? If you mail in or call for tickets for a sold-out concert, you will be informed that you are on the waiting list. You may try for a different concert date or remain on the waiting list.  Every year, many tickets become available for those on the waiting list from returned tickets not being used and most people are able to attend the concert.
    • What if I have tickets that won't be used? If for any reason you have tickets that won't be used, please inform us as soon as possible, especially during the weeks prior to the conert. Do not send them back to us. Just leave a message on the Concert Line at 610-688-6338 x359, so that duplicated tickets may be used for someone on the waiting list.
    • Is there childcare? Childcare is not provided for the Christmas concerts. Because every concert is recorded, we encourage childcare at home for very young children who may become restless during the performance.
    • If I have to call the Concert Line and leave a message, how can I skip listening to that long message on the machine?  To skip listiening to the long message on the Concert Line, hit *8 (star 8). There will be a time of silence then a beep.  Leave your message after the beep.
