Fall Classes at The Wayne Art Center

As the weather cools and the autumn color really begins to pop, take the opportunity to expand your personal palette with a fall class at the Wayne Art Center!  Adult classes begin September 18th, with most running 12 weeks.  Adult classes are available in all levels of drawing, painting, ceramics, jewelry, and special media.  Children’s classes begin September 24th, and run up to 10 weeks.  Classes include daytime options for pre-school and those enrolled in half-day kindergarten, as well as after school, evening, and Saturday options for all ages.  The fall schedule also offers a variety of culinary arts opportunities; including: classes for adults and children, local chef demonstrations, tasting’s, and workshops.

Broaden Your World” an art class for Adults with special needs will continue on Tuesday afternoons from 12:45-2:45 at the Center, and will provide instruction in general arts and drawing & painting, with several sessions devoted to ceramics.  We also continue to work with local schools, including Melmark and the Timothy School, to provide outreach and arts instruction for children with Autism and other special needs.

Act 48 credits can be obtained for many of our classes and workshops, please call 610-688-3553 prior to enrolling for more information.
