MARY POPPINS

Where/When: Bryn Mawr Film Institute at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Why Go: Follow magical nanny Mary Poppins (Julie Andrews) and a charming chimney sweep (Dick Van Dyke) as they take two young children on a “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” adventure that they’ll never forget and teach the whole family that sometimes you have to take the time to “go fly a kite.”
Pricing: $5 for adults, $4 for children.


DIARY OF A WIMPY KID MOVIE EVENT

Why Go: Enjoy a trivia contest, games, Wimpy activities, and more at this special event celebrating the upcoming Diary of a Wimpy Kid movie. Fans of the books can even submit their very own book review for possible publication on Borders.com.

TUMBLING TOTS

Where/When: Agnes Irwin Lower School at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Why Go: Take part in a gymnastics course, geared toward girls ages 3 to 5, featuring Elite Gymnastics Coach Curtis Lee. Check out the beautiful Agnes Irwin campus before you go.

BYE BYE, BIRDIE 

Where/When: 's Crawford Campus Center at 8:00 p.m. on Friday and at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday.
Why Go: Follow along as 1950s rock 'n' roll idol Conrad Birdie and his manager stage a farewell publicity stunt in which Birdie will bestow "One Last Kiss" upon a lucky teenager before reporting for military service. The production is appropriate for all ages.
Pricing: $8 for students, $12 for adults; reserve your tickets in advance.
