Business Asks More Than Just 'Air or Ground?'

The UPS Store in Wayne has a question for you. Today it's "What is your favorite car?" (Actually, that was yesterday's too, but they have not had time to change it.)

About eight months ago the store starting posting a question of the day, just as a fun way to get to know its customers better, said the store's manager Dennis McCarthy.

They try to avoid controversial topics like politics, religion and sex, he said. After all, "there is no right answer" and the purpose is not to start debates.

"We want to know about the person. We want to know who you all are," McCarthy said.
