BYOB Osteria Coming to Wayne

Restaurateur Pino DiMeo, and partners Antimo DiMeo, his son, and Scott Stein will open Mozzeria, a BYOB osteria and wood fired pizzeria at 133 North Wayne Avenue in downtown Wayne.

The plans are to open in the spring and feature a mozzarella and salumi bar that specializes in cheeses and artisan Italian cured meats.
 
Last month, Pino and son Antimo DiMeo took a research trip to Naples in pursuit of finding the best mozzarella at numerous buffalo farms.

They also spent time with the owners of Da Michele the famous Naples pizzeria that was featured in the film, Eat Pray Love.
