The new building is being built in the same location as it previously existed, although there are some areas where the building footprint got slightly smaller, said Kevin Kochanski, director of community development for Radnor Township.
"They are not obligated to follow any new zoning or land development regulations. However, they are adding some additional storm water management facilities at the request of the township," said Kochanski.

Kochanski said he does not know the specifics of the design, but that the stormwater management tool is a basin towards the rear of the property.
