'Louella' Developer Says Condo Market Strong

Developer Cas Holloway says the demand for small, prestigious condominium projects in towns like Wayne has never been stronger, reports Philly.com about his proposed renovation of Wayne's iconic Louella Mansion.
But not everyone is happy about the prospect of luxury condos with a new "underground" garage that neighbors say will change their little part of town.
