Technology is the focus for Main Line Munchies, a web site that launched in August that enables restaurants to allow for online ordering.
James Bradley, founder and CEO of Main Line Munchies, is a recent Villanova University graduate who said there is a lack of online ordering around the area.
When he’s not at Villanova grad school for software engineering he’s approaching restaurants and setting up accounts for them to receive online orders through Main Line Munchies’ web site.
Currently the offerings are centered around Villanova with Pizzarella Grill, Wingers, Ho Choi and Pacilio’s Pizza — places that Bradley said are popular with local students.
Bradley said he hopes to expand to about ten restaurants over the next two months.
If you create an account on the site you can save your orders and name them. Users can also receive emails from participating restaurants for coupons and deals.
“The younger generation likes to use technology as much as possible,” he said. “It struck me that there wasn’t anything in the market that had online ordering.”
