Moms Eat Local: A Taste of Britain with Easy Elegance

Find out how kid-friendly A Taste of Britain with Easy Elegance in Wayne is.

Moms know how tough it can be to eat out with little ones. Patch wants to help you know before you walk in the door if  is a good place to eat with your children.

Restaurant:

Is there a kids’ menu? Yes and it has tea sandwiches (PB and J, ham and butter, cucumber and cream cheese, turkey and butter and nutella), sausage rolls, grilled cheese, scones and mini pastries.

Are there healthy options on the kids’ meal? The tea sandwiches are your best bet, cucumber, turkey and PB and J sandwiches are fairly healthy compared to the other items. Grilled cheese is also an option.

How does the restaurant deal with food allergies? Alert your server and they will be as accommodating as they can be. They do offer gluten-free scones and most items are made from scratch so dietary restrictions are not too much trouble.

Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed? Kids are more than welcome.
