Old Homestead Leaving Farmers Market

June 11 is the stand's last day.

Old Homestead, one of the two fruit and vegetable growers in the Lancaster County Farmers Market in Wayne, will leave its stand on June 11.

It will be replaced by another Lancaster County grower, Dave Delp, market manager, told Radnor Patch.

"It’s a business call," Delp said, adding "There’s a reason."

Delp said the market remains "dedicated to Lancaster County" and "committed to family-owned stands."
