322 East Lancaster Avenue in Wayne is only one of the original houses from the 1890s that still stands on the road.

When the St. Davids branch of the Wayne Post Office , a dedicated group of users were forced to take their mail elsewhere. The post office had occupied 322 East Lancaster Avenue, originally a Victorian-era home, for only a short while.

The first floor of the building is current for rent; the property is owned by the , whose Wayne branch is on the adjacent lot. According to Equity Retail Brokers, 1,800 square feet on the first floor is available for lease.

The firm boasts "Great retail, medical or office location w/ parking and
signage on Lancaster Ave." and an average daily traffic count of 25,546 vehicles.
