Tehrani Bros. Is Out, What Should Go in?

What do you think Wayne needs in this huge showroom space?

The large showroom at 211 East Lancaster Avenue was the perfect place to showcase the Oriental rugs that were sold by Tehrani Brothers. But the showroom recently closed, and the space is for rent.

According to a sign in the window, the space is 3,700 square feet and includes 7 parking spaces.

What do you think should move into this space? Tell us in the comments below.

How about a garden store-- to replace Waterloo gardens?

It would create a lovely green and growing focal point in a row of mismatched commercial buildings.

A garden store would be nice. However, Cowan's is right there, though not a garden store, it would affect them negatively I would think. How about suggesting to Tredici's that they consider moving -have a bigger gourmet market, perhaps with an expresso bar, and more ready to serve meals, meats, etc.!

Just not another.... pizza shop, yogurt shop, salon or eyeglass/optician store!

I think another restaurant would be a WONDERFUL IDEA..Perhaps Cheesecake Factory or something like that!!
