'Urgent Care' Facility to Open in Radnor

It's been years (and years) since the former service station at the corner of Conestoga and Sproul roads in Villanova was functional.

"Coming soon," the sign reads, will be Premiere Urgent Care at Sproul and Conestoga roads in Villanova.

The facility "tries to bridge the gap between doctors' offices and emergency rooms," said Joseph Piccirelli, Director of Marketing for Premiere. Piccirelli said the company tries to have contracts with all major insurance carriers, and also has a fee schedule for those who don’t have insurance.

No appointment is required, and they aim to see patients within 15 minutes of arrival and have people done within an hour.
