Villa Strafford at Planning Commission
The plan for Villa Strafford will be re-presented at next month's meeting.
Villa Strafford owner Bharat Luthra presented a proposal to the Radnor Planning Commission on Monday night, reports Main Line Media News.
The proposal for the restaurant includes the addition of an enclosure for an elevator, an expansion on the second floor of the building, storm-water management facilities and a reduced number of parking spaces. The commission was concerned about the number of parking spaces. The proposal will be re-presented next month.
