New Year's Eve is a happening night all around the Delaware Valley. Many towns and neighborhoods boast numerous Dec. 31 offerings. Below is a large, but hardly comprehensive, list of festivities in parts of Northwest Philadelphia, the Main Line, and suburban Montgomery and Delaware counties.
