White Dog, Silverspoon and Others Offering Specials for Restaurant Week

Five Radnor Township eateries are participating in this week's event. You can read their special menus here.

Five Radnor Township restaurants (and 25 area restaurants) will be offering special Main Line Restaurant Week menus starting Monday, April 22.

Diners may find bargains at restaurants that are typically out of their price range. Discounted lunches are available at several locations, and various prix fixe menus offer three-course dinners for $20, $30, $40 or $50 a person.

Dinner menu for The Silverspoon ($30)

  • Green Meadow Farm’s Mesclun Salad, Spanish black radish, pea tendrils, citrus vinaigrette
  • Shellbark Hollow Farms Goat Cheese Gnocchi, pickled rhubarb, blue basil, balsamic brown butter
  • Slow roasted asparagus, morel mushroom & veal jus, poached Highspire Farms egg

Second Course, choice of:

  • Fricassee of Organic Lancaster Chicken, Kennett mushrooms, fiddleheads, young chives, Anson Mills grits
  • Grilled Lamb Porterhouse, roasted Yellow Finn potatoes, spring pea puree, zinfandel mint gastrique
  • Limestone Springs PA Trout, asparagus lemon risotto, roasted carrots, grilled wild spring onion pesto

Third Course, choice of:

  • Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Key Lime, Rhubarb & pistachio chutney
  • Roasted Pear & Sweet Cheese Tart with rosemary, meyer lemon and wildflower honey

Dinner menu for Azie on Main ($30)

First Course, choice of:

  • Grilled Jumbo Shrimp – Served with sate sauce and mango salsa
  • Tempura Appetizer – Broccoli, asparagus, sweet potato, shishimi aioli, tempura sauce
  • Field green salad – Onion, cherry tomato, spicy ginger dressing

Second Course, choice of:

  • Yamada Special sushi Roll
  • Surf and Turf Carpaccio – Yellow tail and Kobe beef drizzled with ponzu sauce
  • Salmon Martini – Vodka cured gravlox

Third Course, choice of:

  • Lobster Tempura – Honey mushroom risotto, wasabi aioli
  • Petite Filet – Roasted potatoes, port wine, onion mushroom sauce
  • Sesame Crusted Tuna – Truffled mashed potatoes, plum hoisin glaze, wakami apple salad

Dinner menu for Ella's ($40)

First Course, choice of:

  • Spring Radish Salad, Celery, Blue Cheese, Macadamias, Chives, Lemon
  • Roasted Beet Salad, Organic Greens, Local Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, Maple Vinaigrette
  • Spinach Salad, Warm Cornbread Croutons, Red Onion, Bacon, Fried Egg, Bacon Dressing

Second Course, choice of:

  • Salad of Octopus, Spring Greens, Chickpeas, Red Pepper, Harissa Vinaigrette
  • House Smoked Salmon, Potato Bellini, Homemade Crème Friâche, Caper Berries

  • Cilantro Pesto Flat bread, Fresh peas, White asparagus, Shaved Parmasan

  • Mushroom Ravioli, House made Ravioli, Shitake Mushroom, Spinach, Fresh English peas and Asparagus
  • Pan Roasted French Bone Chicken, Smoked Gouda Mash, Wilted Bock Choy, Chicken Jus
