New clients may attend up to three Performance Fitness Boot Camp classes for free as long as they bring one can of food each time. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to this one hour class. Boot camps take place Monday through Saturday, featuring various starting times to accommodate every fitness level and need. Women only and co-ed classes are available.
While the drive started on November 29th, and we are half way through our campaign; we are encouraging everyone to attend.
