Long & Foster Real Estate Opens at King of Prussia Mall

DEVON, PA—February, 2014—Michael Brooks of Long & Foster’s Devon office is pleased to announce the reopening of the Long & Foster Kiosk at the Court at King of Prussia. Located on the first level near the Food Court by the Jos A. Bank entrance, the kiosk reopens for business February 1st, 2014.

“We certainly picked a great time to reopen”, said Brooks, who, together with Lisa Callinan of Long & Foster’s Devon office assembled a team of sales agents and contracted with mall management to lease the space. “The 2014 spring market so far has been very busy, very active. Home prices are rising, it’s a great time for prospective sellers to put their home on the market.  Consumer confidence is up, and of course interest rates are still at record lows. This is a great time to sell and to buy.”

The kiosk space is large enough to not only accommodate sales agents and visitors, but also serves as a focal point for education. “We have been able to hold seminars for the public here, including such hot topics as mortgage financing, buying or selling a home, short sales, foreclosures and more”, said Brooks.

With internet access available, the Kiosk sales team is able to provide comprehensive information to the public including available properties for sale and financing information. “Our primary goal has been to provide a place where people can view local real estate for sale, and to answer any questions they may have about buying or selling a home”, said Callinan.
