Stephano Slack LLC Expands with Katz, Frantz and Company, LLC Merger
WAYNE, PA January 15, 2014- Stephano Slack LLC, the full-service accounting, tax, and advisory firm, announced today its continued expansion through its merger with Plymouth Meeting-based Katz, Frantz and Company, LLC. Katz, Frantz and Company is an established CPA firm that serves clients in Montgomery County and the Greater Philadelphia area. The expanded organization will employ more than 50 accounting and consulting professionals.
The merger will expand Stephano Slack’s tax and accounting departments, allowing the firm to offer more client support and planning.
