Actor Will Smith was said to have rented this home earlier this year.
The third most expensive home on the market in Radnor Township is 255 Abrahams Lane and was originally part of the 750-acre Ardrossan Farm.
According to Prudential Fox and Roach, the six-bedroom, six full bathroom house is 13 years old and features fitness and game rooms, a bar and wine cellar, lounges and verandas. It sits on 10.5 acres.
Philly native and actor Will Smith was said to have rented this house while filming in the area last March.
