Great Escape: Yoga

Anyone can do yoga. It's not a competitive sport.

For many people for whom yoga is a complete unknown, the vision of highly flexible people standing with feet stretched over their heads may be daunting.

But in reality, yoga is not a monolith only meant for the super in-shape. It is a practice meant to sharpen the mind and the body, and sometimes it just provides the calm you might need in your life once a week.

There are a multitude of yoga practices along the Main Line and in Radnor alone that there’s no excuse to try it, at least once.
