How Did Radnor Real Estate Perform in July?

Radnor Township home sales in July decreased 10.7 percent from the same month last year.

According to a Home Market report from Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors, 25 properties changed hands in the township during July this year. In 2011 that number was 28; in 2010 it was 29.

Compared with the same month last year, Radnor was the fifth best percentage-wise out of nine Main Line municipalities included in the report.

The median price of a home sold in Radnor increase by 36.9 percent in July $667,500 from $487,500 last July.

The average days on the market for homes that sold in Radnor this July increased by 4.7 percent from 60 last July to 63 days, according to the Prudential Fox and Roach report.
