Paramour is serving Thanksgiving dinner.

Chef de Cuisine Kyle Johnson has designed a four-course prix fixe menu in addition to the a la carte menu that will be offered on Wednesday, November 21 and Thursday, November 22.

Ginger and Butternut Squash or Chestnut Soup

Petite Wedge Salad or a crisp Classic Caesar

Roasted All Natural Turkey Breast with sage stuffing, roasted root vegetables and celery root puree or Venison Loin with roasted brussels sprouts, parsnip mash and burgundy bordelaise

Pumpkin Cheesecake or sweet Chocolate Caramel Tart

The Thanksgiving menu is $65 per person with optional wine pairing for an additional $30 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The menu will be offered Wednesday, November 21 from 5 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, November 22 from noon to 9 p.m.

Paramour debuted in the fall of 2011 following an extensive two-year renovation, including an expansion of the hotel’s original restaurant space. Paramour is located in the Wayne Hotel, which opened in 1906 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Lunch is offered Monday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner is served Sunday from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m. until 11 p.m.  An all-day dining menu is available in the bistro bar, lobby lounge and on the Veranda every day from lunch through dinner service.  Sunday brunch at Paramour is served from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
