Previously Malnourished Pup Ready for Happy Home

This happy girl, named Julia, looks more like a cow than a dog with her black and white spots. She was came to the SPCA very malnourished. But she's been treated and gained some weight and now she's ready for a happy home. Julia is available for adoption at the Delco SPCA. 

On Monday's Labor Day, Julia is 50 percent off for a one-day special. The SPCA has special Labor Day hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday so go check out all the adoptable animals.
